These Terms apply to all users of the a7bot platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person accessing the platform from Bangladesh or any other permitted jurisdiction. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the a7bot platform and close your account.

a7bot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to users. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The a7bot platform is operated as an online entertainment and gaming service targeting players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). References to monetary amounts in these Terms use the ৳ symbol or BDT abbreviation.

a7bot reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily. Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 18 will be voided in their entirety, and the account will be permanently closed. Deposited funds associated with an underage account will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any bonuses or promotional credits claimed.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. All funds deposited into your a7bot account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — accounts held in a name other than your own registered account name — are not permitted. a7bot reserves the right to return such deposits to the originating payment method and to restrict or close the associated player account.

Deposits. Wagering Requirements. All bonuses awarded by a7bot are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any breach of the user obligations set out in this section may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your a7bot account, forfeiture of all account balances, and prohibition from registering future accounts on the a7bot platform. a7bot reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any conduct that causes financial loss or reputational harm to a7bot or its partners.

Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your a7bot account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your last verified payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Accounts subject to an active investigation or pending KYC verification may be held open until those processes are concluded.

Self-Exclusion Closure. • Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a consecutive period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and closed, with any remaining balance returned to the last verified payment method after deduction of any applicable dormancy administration fee as notified to the player.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Any other circumstance in which a7bot, acting reasonably, concludes that maintaining the account is contrary to its legal obligations or operational policies.

In all cases of account closure by a7bot for breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity, a7bot reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. The a7bot platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While a7bot makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate, and functioning at all times, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a7bot, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the a7bot platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising in connection with the a7bot platform.
• Any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond a7bot's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors in game outcomes caused by demonstrable technical malfunctions, where such outcomes are voided and stakes returned in accordance with a7bot's game error policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes a7bot's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in Bangladesh.

Gambling involves financial risk. a7bot strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and only within their personal financial means. a7bot accepts no responsibility for any financial loss you sustain as a result of your gambling activity on the platform, beyond any obligation to return deposited funds in accordance with these Terms in cases of platform error or account closure without cause. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and a7bot with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
